Safe in a guest's room, a student's room, an older person's home
Standards confirmed by the right people
The checklist flags what applies; test reports and certificates come from accredited labs and factories, not from the AI.
Care products stay in scope
Medical devices — such as hospital-type care beds — must meet TGA requirements and are out of the first phase. Home aged-care packages cover everyday furnishing only.
Commercial sites, commercial rules
Hotels and student accommodation can have fire-safety and furnishing requirements beyond homes; we confirm them with the operator before ordering.
Licensed trades only
Electrical work goes to licensed electricians, and building work above the state threshold goes to registered builders.
